As a fellow Copper Cube 6 user, I am fully invested in the projects made by the engine. It has lot of potential and seems like the gameplay is neat. The soldier watching TV part was hilarious.
I would suggest working on texturing and improving 3rd person movement as it feels a bit off. Sound design is fine. The atmosphere is creepy enough with eye and teeth textures all over.
In the end, you can definitely improve and go forward with this. Wish you good luck developer. Cheeers!
hey thanks for playing! its just a little horror game i made for a friend but them uploded it here like a year after. I do have one question though and that is how do you use copper cube? As i have lernt it is a HORRIBLE engine to use
How do I use it? I got recommended by a friend to start using it to improve upon the imaginative side of game development and for the last 2 years, I have made over 30 projects, some publoshed on my game's page, some experimental, then got inroduced to many famous developers I always looked up to, met tons of new people, got lot of attention, downloads, reviews and Markplier played 2 of my games. I even got motivated to learn java and in 4 months got a job with decent salary. In short, it works lol.
I don't know about Copper Cube 6 being horrible, but I guess it did not work for you. Its okay. I never force someone to use this engine, but if they are interested I give a solid yes.
Anyways, good luck to you and your friend.
Edit: Hope to see something new made in a different engine 😊
sorry sorry for late response here. Thanks again for the original review, wasnt trying to be rude atall when i made the first reply to you so sorry if it came out like that. I was just simply fed up after trying to use copper cube and realising how its increadibly janky and hard to use, especially when there is no tutorials or anything to help me. thanks againn!
